[WSBAPT] Notice of probate where there are domestic violence concerns?

Hello Listmates,
Has anyone handled a probate where the PR has (or has in the past) had a
domestic violence restraining order against someone entitled to notice of
the probate? Is anyone aware of resources or options to open probate
without disclosing the whereabouts of the PR? Are there exceptions to the
notice statute in such cases?  If someone has handled this before, I would
refer the potential client. I'm also open to all experience and ideas.
