I got the same this weekend, and searched for the new website link for the page.  It seems to have changed.  They were doing a lot of maintenance this weekend and it looks a bit different this morning.

Is anyone having issues logging into KC Script this morning (King County)?

Both my office director and I are gettinga  403: Forbidden, Access Denied when trying to reach the page.
