[WSBAPT] Minor Beneficiaries & Small Estate Affidavit

It has been my experience that an initial hearing cannot be avoided. I
work closely with my preferred PGAL and there are just some steps that
cannot be avoided. In a present case where the total estate value was
under $20,000 - I just chalked it up to being one of my pro bono cases.
