[WSBAPT] Referral needed - estate planning with beneficiaries in the Philippines

Good morning all,

I am re-posting this request, with a little added detail.  My friend moved to the Philippines and married there.  He still owns a house in Washington State and would like to name his wife and her kids as his beneficiaries.  I am not sure whether his wife is now a US citizen, but I am fairly sure her children are not.

I would like to either speak with someone knowledgeable about gifts to beneficiaries in the Philippines, or refer my friend to such an attorney - his estate is fairly simple otherwise.

I welcome any advice and/or referrals.

Hello listmates,

A friend of mine wants to make a Will.  Ordinarily I would be glad to work with him but in his case, many of his primary beneficiaries reside in the Philippines and are not US citizens.  I would like to refer him to an attorney licensed in both WA and in the Philippines to make sure he structures his bequests appropriately.

I will pass on all names to the potential client.
