Subject: [WSBAPT] referral to LA County

My estate planning client is looking for an attorney in California to help her with her mother’s estate.  Mother died in Sandimas, which is in LA County.

Brother has filed a dispute because he thinks the house should go to him, since he has lived there with mom.  Will gives it to client, but her plan was to liquidate and give proceeds in equal shares to the 5 siblings.

Hearing set for July 24, 2026.

Not fun.

Can anyone help?  Or any ideas for referrals?
