[WSBAPT] Medicaid asset protection trust

All,

Wondering if anyone has experience or thoughts on creating a Medicaid asset protection trust and how those might work. My experience has been you cannot completely protect assets unless you give up all right, title and interest in them and usually these trusts don't always accomplish that.

Any thoughts on the above?
