[WSBAPT] I'M HOPING SOMEONE CAN HELP

Potential client did not realize car insurance had expired and was in a minor fender bender with no witnesses except the two drivers. Fault is somewhat questionable, but the defaulted insurance company expressed it may be potential client's fault with no coverage, and he would have to pay all expenses out of his own pocket.
Meanwhile, the "not at fault" driver with insurance that she won't claim against is suddenly feeling an old back injury and needing hospital scans, acupuncture, and pain killers, etc.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
THANK YOU.
Jennifer
