[WSBAPT] Cross post Referral for potential elder abuse litigation

Apologies to those of you getting this message on two different boards.  I represent the PR of an estate where the decedent made a sizable loan (tens of thousands) to a treating health care provider.  He was 83 when he made the loan, and the amount represented nearly half his liquid assets.  It not only seems wildly unethical for a physician to take a loan from any patient, this feels like preying on a vulnerable adult.  The HCP has been pressuring PR to meet to discuss "financial matters", but we are not anticipating that he will be coming prepared to pay off the loan.  I do not have the bandwidth for a fight right now and would like to refer him to someone to handle the potential litigation and recovery of the loan.  Any recommendations/referrals welcome and will be passed along.
