[WSBAPT] Publication of Notice to Creditors in Cowlitz County

Is there any alternative to using The Daily News to publish a Notice to Creditors in Cowlitz County?  I was shocked at their quote of $835 since I regularly pay $130 to publish in Vancouver Busines Journal in Clark County.
