[WSBAPT] ISO financial advisor/tax person for international nonprofit executive director

Good morning,

A friend founded and runs an international nonprofit in Kenya. She lives in Seattle, and has been doing this for many years. She is planning to retire… sometime in the next 10-ish years and hopes to move to Kenya when she does. She could use some advice about how to transition the nonprofit and how to set up her personal finances/estate to make these transitions smooth. 

Anyone know someone or several someones who could assist? All referrals will be forwarded.
