Subject: [WSBAPT] RCW Title 11 updates

Does anyone know if someone or some organization has put together a breakdown of the new probate laws that just recently came into effect. I have a new intestate probate, and I know there are additional requirements for the initial pleadings and rules about who can act as Administrator. Before diving into the Bill's language, I was hoping there may have been a summary put together of some sort that could be shared?
