[WSBAPT] personal request - ADA issue

Hello all-I have a family member who is a Kaiser Permanente employee and is having trouble getting ADA accommodation in her job. KP is trying to move her into a different set of essential job functions where accommodation likely is not even possible.

Is there anyone who has experience with ADA claims, who could consult on options? We'd pay full fee for the consult; I'm resorting to this personal appeal because I have called multiple firms and none of them have even bothered to call me back.
