I have not been impressed by these types of operations.  It appears that they are offering to enter into a lease with an option to purchase and not an outright purchase.  The last one of these that I saw gave their company eight years (!) in which to purchase the property.

I would advise PC to not go there.

PC is trying to sell his real property before a move to Nevada and received the attached advertisement.  He checked the credentials and website but was hoping for some guidance. I offered to reach out and see if anyone has had clients with dealings with this company or similar.  Any thoughts?

I am also seeking an attorney barred in Nevada to recommend for his estate planning-self-referrals and referrals are appreciated.
