Has anyone had to place funds in trust/ blocked account for minor 
children living in a foreign country?
In terms of facts, the children have no parent in Washington, and the 
only living bio parent lives in foreign country as well.
There are adult relatives in Washington and perhaps California as well.

If you handled such a transaction, how did you do this?  Can you tell me 
what bank you worked with and the contact person if you have that 
information?

Also, in what county did you do this?
