[WSBAPT] referral re mineral rights; Texas

[Kate Szurek]

I have a client with inherited mineral rights in Texas.  She has been told about the possibility of using a "Lady Bird Deed" to transfer title on her death.  Sounds like our transfer on death deed.

Any suggestions for attorney in Texas or licensed to practice in Texas to assist?
