[WSBAPT] How can I go back to receiving these posts grouped in only one or two emails per day?

List serve,

I had been receiving these list serve posts in one (or sometimes two) 
daily emails.
Last week, I started getting individual posts. It's really flooding my 
email box.
Does anyone know who I can contact so that I can go back to getting 
these only once a day or so???
