[WSBAPT] Intel on Re-Affirmations / AIS Portfolio (Ally Bank)

Hi, Listmates.
I have a client doing a Chapter 7 BK, his car loan on a Tesla is through Ally Bank, being serviced by AIS Portfolio Services.
They are insistently sending e-mails requesting a re-affirmation agreement on the car. I of course don’t want my clients to sign one unless they play hardball and repo if they don’t get one.
I don’t know what AIS / Ally’s approach is. Anyone have experience/dealings with them? Do they take a hard-line approach?
