Hi all,

I received a call from a man who said his mother needs estate planning. I was going to meet with them, but they didn’t complete the intake I require beforehand, so I had to call today to cancel the appointment. He then started talking about how she has will, but it hasn’t been recorded and his brother tried to leave him out last time and he is concerned because she’s not doing well and wants to make sure he’s in it this time and they want to meet with someone right away.

Would anyone like me to refer them for this matter?
