Question to the mighty brain trust -
As I am looking into the abyss of my first full intervention probate - I am
curious - should the situation warrant it, am I able to withdraw using the
standard court rule for notice of intent to withdraw or must that be
something that is done through a hearing and blessed by the court?
Thank you,
Brent
