[WSBAPT] Question

I have a very unusual case. My client's father died. He was a Co-Trustee
of his mother's trust with his 2 brothers. On behalf of my client, I
requested a copy of the trust or at least the beneficiary terms, to
determine if her father's share passes to his two children or to determine
if his estate was entitled to anything. After a year we received financial
records missing January 2025. It appears that in that month (the month
prior to decedent's death) a distribution of over $250,000 was made. I
requested this January information in June of this year and received no
response. We do not know the trust terms. The only thing I can think to do
is file a TEDRA but I am not sure what my claim might be - any thoughts?

PLEASE NOTE THAT MY RESPONSE TIME MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO PENDING MATTERS. I
WILL ALSO BE TRAVELING FROM AUGUST 26, 2026, UNTIL AUGUST 30, 2026, WITH
LIMITED ACCESS TO EMAIL. I WILL ALSO BE IN TRIAL THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 7,
2026. I WILL RETURN COMMUNICATIONS, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE DURING THESE TIMES.
