[WSBAPT] Property Transfer in Benton County

To anyone who handles probate transfers of property in Benton County, this
message is for you!

Is there any unique addition to the standard REETA or Deed of PR for
transferring to a beneficiary that has property in Benton County? For
example, both Pierce County and Snohomish County want the tax area code
written on the REETA.

Looking to submit using Simplifile - appreciate any nuances to filing that
may save time that are not readily available through review of their
website.
