[WSBAPT] Sale of Home after Trustor's Death vs. Probate Sale

My understanding and advice to clients for years has been that Trustees are NOT exempt from form 17 as Personal Representatives are. It is one reason that I do not default to trust based planning.

Check out RCW 64.06.010.

Greetings Listmates -

I have a situation where a home was actually transferred into the family RLT prior to death (miracles do happen). What I do not know as this is my first Trustee sale by a  successor Trustee is whether they are exempt from Form 17 disclosures in the same way that an Executor is exempt?

Appreciate any feedback on this situation.
