Subject: [WSBAPT] Surviving Spouse needs immediate help with King County probate

Listmates, Please respond if you are available for a referral for a surviving spouse in a King County Superior Court probate filed in December for his wife by a man alleging to be his deceased wife's daughter's husband. This man was appointed Administrator in January. No Will. Daughter was given up for adoption at birth. Spouse trying to now sell his house and discovered he cannot because the Administrator must be involved on behalf of his deceased wife. Workload prevents me from taking on a King County case at this time - Shannon
