[WSBAPT] CPWROS combined with TODD?

Thank you for weighing in on this. I was thinking that the deed language
seems compatible, but my instinct was that the recorder would reject a
single deed with both transfers. It probably should have been obvious that
the difference in the REETA requirements would require two deeds. I
appreciate you flagging this! Any other pro tips?
