[WSBAPT] CPWROS combined with TODD?

This is a first for me. Have any of you combined a transfer from H&W as
community property to H&W as community property *with right of survivorship*
and a transfer-on-death deed after the death of both spouses?

I'm aware of the typical pros and cons related to TODDs, but I'm interested
in hearing about additional considerations when combining CPWROS and TODD.

For folks who have taken this route before, have you had any luck using a
single deed or do you need one deed to establish the CPWROS and a second
deed for the TODD?

All thoughts and experience are welcome.
