[WSBAPT] Appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem - Clark County

Listmates,

I represent the proposed personal representative in an intestate estate and one of the heirs resides in a memory care unit. When asking the court to appoint a guardian ad litem for the incapacitated heir do I need to propose someone or does the court appoint someone from a list it has?  This is in Clark County.
