[WSBAPT] Minor Guardianship Questions

Colleagues -

I am helping a childhood friend whose sister passed away leaving behind a
15 year old son. My friend is the only living relative. The BIO-Dad has
never been known and is not listed on the birth certificate.

I have downloaded all of the minor guardianship paperwork but have some
questions and was hoping someone on our list has some experience that can
offer an assist/answer some questions - for example - NONE of the paperwork
allows for the guardianship because both parents are dead or dead/unknown.

Does this impact how I use these forms?

It all appears very straight forward but the nuances leave me with
questions.

Anyone have experience with this type of situation?
