[WSBAPT] Washington Powers of Attorney and the Oregon Department of Revenue

Hello Listmates,
Has anyone encountered the Oregon Department of Revenue rejecting a
Washington state power of attorney and refusing to assist the agent
appointed therein solely on the basis of the POA being executed in WA? If
so, are you aware of any valid legal basis for such a rejection? Your
insights would be greatly appreciated.
