[WSBAPT] Looking for succession info for David J. West

Hi everyone,

I have a PC who had a trust created with attorney David J. West (Vancouver, WA), who may have retired. The WSBA does not have any succession information. Does anyone happen to have updated contact details, succession info, or know of the attorney or firm who assumed his practice?
