[WSBAPT] Craft distillery and probate

Good afternoon,

I have a probate involving a craft distillery where only the deceased was named on everything related to that business - business is in their name only, license from the liquor control board, etc. Spouse is not on anything, and the decedent didn't have any business partners. Long term, the PR/surviving spouse does not want to keep the business.

Has anyone handled a craft distillery in probate and would be willing to spare a few minutes for me? I'm wondering about what the PR needs to be able to sell the business and/or close it down. For example, it looks like the PR would need to get a liquor license to continue running the business during probate, but would they need that license to simply sell already-made product that is sitting on the shelves (I think the answer is yes)? If they can't get the license (or don't want the license), can they sell the existing product as part of the business without getting a license? Would the simpler answer be to simply close the business and give away the already-made product to friends and family? Any insight would be appreciated!
