Hello,

I have a client (WA state residents) who are considering purchasing property in Hawaii (specifically Oahu - Kapolei area) that will primarily be used as a short-term rental. I am looking for an attorney who can assist with forming an LLC for the property and advise on ownership related issues who would also be able to coordinate with me on any related estate planning/tax considerations that may arise from the ownership structure.
