[WSBAPT] Recording LOPA in Pierce County via Simplifile

I don't think I've ever submitted a REETA with a LOPA. I don't think it should be needed - the LOPA isn't itself a conveyance, just a record of who inherited an interest in the property.

Colleagues,

I am going to be recording a Lack of Probate Affidavit in Pierce County via Simplifile and want to be sure I have everything in order.  I prepared the LOPA and have a certified copy of the death certificate ready to record.  Simplifile doesn't have anywhere for me to upload a REETA (which I have historically prepared with LOPAs citing the appropriate exemption).  Is a REETA unnecessary?  LOPAs are not specifically addressed in WAC 458-61A-303.
