[WSBAPT] Renewing Bond for Notary?

Gentle Colleagues -

My office director and I are both coming due for our Notary expiration
date. Being pro-active people we contacted our Notary Bond insurer to ask
for a renewal and they said they can't renew until the other one expires.

The problem is that we cannot ask for a new notary until we have secured
the bond.  Not wishing to be unable to notarize documents....I feel like my
insurer is just not truly understanding the dilemma.

Has anyone had this problem? Do you have a source that will renew the bond
in advance of the actual expiration?
