Hi, Listmates.
I'm throwing the wide-net on this one, apologies if it pops up in more than one list-serv.
During COVID, I was away from the law working for a company that sold raw materials like rubber and plastic to manufacturers in Latin America. One of my customers from Bolivia is coming to the East Coast in June or July to set up a banking account to help manage transactions. The company she works for stood out for being both ambitious and conscientious. The top management was all female, which I thought was unexpected for Latin America. She might need some legal advice on doing transactions in the US system, and particularly navigating our US banking rules. Not my area, geographically or practice wise, despite the gig I was doing.
Would anybody have some referrals from Florida, DC or New York for attorneys who have dealt with international trade that she might consult with? The company she works for is mid-size, and can't pay white-shoe law firm fees, so smaller firms are probably more who they would need to work with.
Thanks if anybody has any leads.

Best Regards,

Dave Culbertson
