[WSBAPT] Enforcement of Final Divorce Order After Death?

Has anyone represented an ex-spouse in obtaining title to the family home
pursuant to a divorce decree where the final order of divorce giving the
home to the ex spouse was entered prior to death, but no deed was filed? Is
the ex spouse simply a creditor of the estate? Other approaches? Is anyone
open to this referral to represent the ex-spouse?
