[WSBAPT] PR as Creditor: Attorney's fees and costs reimbursed by estate to PR?

All,

A first for me: a PR is also creditor to the estate. There is still time to
file creditor claims, and my PR client just informed me that they have a
claim against the decedent for time and expense acting as agent with POA
and caregiver while decedent was still alive. Not yet sure of amount of
claim. POA document allows for reasonable compensation and cost
reimbursement. Decedent was father of PR/POA daughter.

I have read RCW 11.40.140 and 11.96A. Despite the inherent conflict of
interest with PR as creditor, I assume I can still ethically represent PR
on this issue, correct? If so, would PR be able to include the legal fees
and costs (and any other PR costs and time) associated with pursuing this
specific TEDRA matter (either through court hearing, mediation,
arbitration, or TEDRA agreement) as part of the PR's cost and fee petition
for reimbursement from the estate when closing probate in general? Or are
these specific fees and costs not reimbursable to the PR by the estate?
What hat is the PR wearing: PR or creditor?

Thank you in advance for any advice you can give.
