[WSBAPT] Quick Question

Client wants to appoint "Senior Support Services" in Bellingham (and the client has talked with them) as personal representative under her Will.  Senior Support Services advises the client that the client must identify a specific person at Senir Support Services "or her successor".  I have no problem drafting the Will as directed but, as a general question, I question the need to appoint a specific person as opposed to appointing an entity.
