Can’t say this is best but I might do something like:
[Grantor conveys...] “to X, an unmarried individual, Y, a married individual as their sole and separate property, and Z, a married individual as their sole and separate property, in undivided equal interests as tenants in common,” [all Grantor’s right, title, and interest in and to the following described property, etc....]
