[WSBAPT] Supporting docs for sole heir and lack of probate affidavit

Hire an heir search company to issue a report? Costs money, which might
defeat your goal, though. I would ask for specifics about what
possible documentation would satisfy underwriting so you aren't wasting
time and money spinning your wheels.
