[WSBAPT] FMLA and Paternity Leave

PC just started 12 week paternity leave yesterday. He received a letter
from his employer Feb. 26th telling him he needed to secure COBRA insurance
for he and his family during the 12 weeks he was out on paternity leave.
This is not my area of expertise, but that does not sound correct to me. He
is happy to pay his premiums during his leave, but does not think he needs
to secure COBRA for 12 weeks.

He is located in Eastern Washington, self referrals are welcome.
