[WSBAPT] One Heir Purchasing Other Heir's interest in House

I'm co-counsel on a similar case. I might consider a TEDRA with P/S
Agreement. While a TEDRA agreement itself does not require a purchase and
sale agreement, including one may be prudent to ensure clarity and
enforceability of the terms related to the buyout of real property. This
would align with the statutory requirements for real estate transactions
and provide a comprehensive resolution under the TEDRA agreement.
