[WSBAPT] Expenses of sale of property in probate

Decedent's will leaves net proceeds of sale to charity. The will states
that "all expenses of administration" should be paid from the residuary
estate "whether or not the expenses of administration ... are attributable
to property passing under the will."

So do costs of selling the property, including PR expenses for cleaning up
the property prior to sale, come from the sale proceeds or from the
residuary estate?
