I have a client (Washington resident) who said that a local professional
trustee told him that if he creates a Washington Trust and puts his
property in California in the Washington Revocable Trust, probate would
still be needed because you cannot put a California property into a
Washington Revocable Trust.

Is there a law in California that any dual licensed attorneys here on
the listserve can direct me to that states that? I cannot find anything in
my research. Thanks in advance.
