I have a PC who needs an experienced real estate attorney who can assist in navigating a tricky deed transfer. The deed is in the name of the PC and now deceased partner (who were never officially married) and is vested "husband and wife". Now PC is married and wants to have his wife added to the deed to replace the deceased partner. No will, no probate.
