[WSBAPT] Sale of decedent's house to PR/beneficiary's son

I represent the PR of an estate.  My client and his siblings are the beneficiaries.  Client's son wants to purchase the decedent's house and client says his siblings will agree.  Should this be memorialized in a TEDRA agreement? If so, does anyone have an example of a TEDRA involving the agreed sale of real property that they are willing to share with me.
