[WSBAPT] Professional Medical Agents

Do any of you have a professional fiduciary you recommend when clients want
to name the fiduciary as their medical agent in addition to PR or Trustee?
Some of the options I typically recommend for this purpose are either not
taking new clients or are not a good fit in this case.
