[WSBAPT] Sarasota, FL Attorney Referral

Listmates, I have estate planning clients who want to put a Florida residence into a Florida trust of some kind.  They had the impression there is something like a community property trust.  Property is in Sarasota, FL and they would like a referral.  Any ideas?
