[WSBAPT] Ancillary Probate Pleadings

I have not done one of these in a while.  Decedent died a resident of North
Carolina without a Will.  Letters of Administration were issued there.  I
have  exemplified copies of that probate file.  However, RCW 11.20.090 talks
about admission to probate of foreign Will.  What rules apply to letters of
administration when an out of state resident dies intestate with an interest
in Washington real property?  Does anyone have pleadings they can share?\
