[WSBAPT] Newspaper in Skagit County to Publish Notice to Creditors

Hi,

I need to publish notice to creditors in Skagit County.   I have unsuccessfully tried to contact the Anacortes American, the Courier Times, and the La Conner Weekly News for over a week.   Where do you publish notice to creditors?
