Good Morning -

I have a client who was a caregiver for a gentleman who passed away in July.

He lived in Milton-Freewater (Oregon) and owned acreage and a home there.  He died at a care facility in Yakima.

She just learned that he named her as Executor. She lives in a small town outside of Walla Walla. 

It sounds like it will be contentious probate - and likely an Oregon proceeding. 

Any referrals for someone in Milton-Freewater or thereabouts?
